Welcome to Lynk App! These Terms of Use govern your use of the Lynk mobile application (the "App") provided by RYDY India Technologies LLP ("Lynk", "we", "our", or "us"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By accessing or using the Lynk App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
To use the Lynk app, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Lynk App, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
- Keep your account details secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.

3. Use of the App
The Lynk app is designed to connect buyers and sellers for the listing, buying, and selling of new and pre-owned items. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

- Post any false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- List items that are prohibited by law or violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities using the App.
- Post obscene, offensive, or harmful content.
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another user.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

You also agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws when using the App.

4. Listing Items for Sale
When you list an item for sale on Lynk, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information about the item.
- Include clear and representative photos of the item.
- Set a fair and reasonable price for the item.
- Ensure that the item is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or these Terms of Use.

Lynk reserves the right to remove or deactivate any listings that violate our policies or for any reason at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:

- Use the App to engage in any unlawful, deceptive, or unethical activities.
- Use the App to distribute malware or engage in any form of data harvesting, scraping, or crawling.
- Circumvent or manipulate the operation of the App or its features, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

6. Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers
Lynk facilitates the connection between buyers and sellers, but we are not a party to the transaction. All transactions, including payment, delivery, and dispute resolution, are solely between the buyer and the seller. You agree that:

- Lynk is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of the items listed for sale.
- All transactions are conducted at your own risk.
- You will resolve any disputes directly with the other party involved.

Lynk may, at its discretion, offer assistance in resolving disputes, but we are not liable for any issues that arise between users.

7. Fees and Payments
Lynk offers free listings for users, with no charges for posting items for sale. However, you acknowledge that there may be third-party fees, such as payment processing fees or delivery charges, that are not covered by Lynk.

8. Privacy
By using the Lynk app, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. You consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of the Lynk app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of RYDY INDIA TECHNOLOGIES LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the app without the prior written consent of Lynk.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Lynk app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and you must stop using the app.

11. Disclaimers
The Lynk app is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Lynk app, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RYDY INDIA TECHNOLOGIES LLP, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kochi, Kerala, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the app after changes to these Terms, you agree to the revised Terms.
